How it works:
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, simply email us at macie@sorafit.co within 30 days of your delivery date to get the return process started. Our team will respond with next steps.
A few things to note:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please include a photo when you email us and we will make it right.
