Is it salty like other electrolytes?

Sora balances sodium with potassium, calcium and magnesium instead of relying on sodium alone. The most common thing reviewers tell us is that it isn’t salty.

What’s it sweetened with?

Monk fruit extract, thaumatin and Reb M, a sweetener made from fermented rice. No stevia, no artificial sweeteners, colors or dyes, and 2 g of sugar per stick.

Does it have caffeine?

No. Sora is completely caffeine-free, so you can drink it any time of day.

Why is there iron in it?

Women often have higher iron needs than men because of menstruation and training. Iron plays an important role in oxygen transport and energy production, and Sora pairs it with vitamin C.

Can I mix the creatine into my Sora?

Yes. Sora Creatine is unflavored, so one scoop stirs into your hydration, water, coffee or a smoothie.

Can I drink it every day?

Yes, Sora is designed for daily use. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have specific concerns, check with your healthcare provider first.

My stick is a little clumpy. Is that normal?

Yep. There are no unnecessary fillers or anti-caking agents, so the powder can clump in heat or humidity. Give the stick a squeeze and it’ll dissolve as usual.
